Graves Funeral for Alpha Elizabeth Graves, who died Wednesday at the age of 90 in a local hospital will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Carroll Funeral Home, Gresham. Mrs. Graves, who live most of her life in the Portland area, was widely known for fancy work with needle and thread. She was born Aug. 26, 1884, in Lusted, Ore. She resided at 12540 SE Powell Blvd. Surviving are a daughter, Inez Clinton, Portland; a brother, Robert Shumway, Gresham, and many nieces and nephews. Private vault interment will at Pleasant Home Cemetery, Pleasant Home.
