Iin the death of Miss DeHon a wide deep gap has been made in her home and in the hearts of the many who know and love her.Her rare ands winsome ways had attracted a host of warm and devoted friends, whose hearts are sore rent. Death has here given a rude shock,to a fair and beuatiful life, that was full of hope,to a heart that was bound up with with hers in prosepctive happiness and joy;to a home where she waa tenderly loved and which is so sadly desolate by her going;to a large circle fo friends ,by whom she was admired for the charming graces of her character and winning ways. Although life to her had so many and such strong attachments, yet death to her was not a king of terrors.Often during her sickness she sang"Jesus, lover of my soul, let me to thy bosom fly." Thus with a song of vicotry upon he rlips, did this maiden go down through the valley and the shadow. It was the noon of a dark night here-it was the noon of eternal day there.
