Will of John Shaw Sr., Deceased
Buter Creek May 7th 1887

Being in sound mind and memory I do hereby make publish and declare this to be
my will and testament.

In name of God,

First I order my administor and direct my Executor as soon after my decease as
practobel [sic] to pay all my debts, dews [sic dues] and lyabilities [sic]
that may exist against me.

Second I will my wife, children, the McUmber heirs six hundred dollars to be
divided equally amongst them.

Third I will to Robert L. Shaw my interest in the sheep and to him and John C.
Shaw his brouther [sic] all my reailestat [sic real estate] and all thereon,
household and farming impliments [sic]. Also my timber cuttun and all my
books.

I apoint Robert L. Shaw as administrator to setel [sic settle] all the
business and as Executor.
