David Samuelsen - January 2002 ************************************************************************ Morrow County, OR; Volume A, page 53 Manuel Sawyer filed Nov. 8, 1899, Vawter Crawford, County Clerk Know all men by these presents: That I, Manuel Sawyer of Eight Mile, Morrow Co., Or. of the age of 60 years being of sound and dispoing mind and memory and not acting under duress, menance, fraud, or under influence of any person whomsoever, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament, in the manner and form following to wit: First: It is my will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be done after my decease. Second: I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife all my property both real or personal of which I may be possessed at the time of my death. Third: I give and bequeath unto my children, Mary Ingrum, Mary Sawyer, Annie Saling, Manuel Sawyer and Rosa Sawyer $1 each to be paid immediately after my death. And lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved wife Rosa Sawyer, to be the executor of this my last will and without bonds, hereby revoking all other wills, legacies and bequests by me heretofore made and declaring this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament.
