Will of Wiley Mc Bee
Filed March 26, 1891 at 11 A.M., J. W. Morrow, County Clerk, by G. W.
Wells, deputy.

I, Wiley Mc Bee do make and publish this my will and testament. I bequeath
all of my property real and personal, wheresoever the same may be to my
beloved wife Silvey J. Mc Bee. I appoint my said wife the executrix of this
my will and testament.

My will is that my said wife, shall not be required to give bonds or
security to the Judge of Probate for the faithful execution of the duties
of executrix.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day
of November A.D. Eighteen Hundred and ninety
