Morrow, Clerk In the name of God, Amen, I, William H. Cradick of the County of Morrow and State of Oregon of the age of fifty nne years and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under duress, menace, fraud, or unduly influence of any person whatever do make and publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in manner following that is to say. First, I direct that my body be decently buried with proper regard to my station and condition in life, and the circumstances of my estate. Secondly, I direct that my exeutor hereinafter named as soon as he has sufficent funds in his hands, pay my funeral expences and the expenses of my last sickness. Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my daughter Francis J. Gordon, wife of William Gordon of Heppner, County of Morrow and State of Oregon, the sum of one hundred Dollars; and to my daughter Mary E. Moore, wife of Asa Moore of Milton, County of Umatilla and State of Oregon, the sum of one Hundred Dollars and ot my son James F. Cradick of Milton, County of Umatilla and State of Oreogn, the sum of Twenty five Dollars and to my son Charles W. Cradick, of the County of Morrow and State of Oreogn, one span of horses which he is to select out of my stock or in lieu thereof the sum of one hundred Dollars, whichever he may elect to take which said several legacies or sums of money I direct and order to be paid to the said legatees, after first paying an fully satisfying all my just debts, and the expenses of administration. Fourthly, I give and bequeath all the rest residue, and remainder of my real and personal estate, goods and chattels of whatever kind or nature owned by me at the time of my death to my son John W. Cradick of the County of Morrow and State of Oregon. Lastly; I hereby nominate and appoint my said son John W. Cradick the executor of this my last Will and Testament, without bonds, and hereby revoke all former wills by me made. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this nineteenth day of November, in the eyar of our Lord, one thousand Eight hundred and Ninety one. William H.
