Morrow, Clerk In the name of God Amen, I, William Cecil residing on Willow Creek, in the County of Morrow and State of Oregon, being of sound mind and memory, and mindful of the uncertainties of human life, do make ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say, First: I direct that all my just debts shall be paid as soon as practicable after my decease. Second: I give and bequeath to each of my children namely, James A. Cecil, Henrietta Rhea, wife of Thomas Rhea of Heppner, Oregon, Nathan Cecil, Mary J. Robinson, wife of J. L. Robinson of Walla Walla Washington, Wilfred Cecil, William H. Cecil, and Frank Cecil the sum of five dollars ($5) and direct that said sum shall be paid to each of my said children as soon after my decease as practicable. Third: I give, bequeath and devise to my wife Mary E. Cecil, all of the remainder of my property that I may be possessed of at the time of my death, both real and personal, whereasoever situated, with the appurtenances thereunto belonging, to be her separate and individual property forever. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Peter Bauernfiend, to be the executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty eighth day of May A.D. 1896. William Cecil (seal) The above instrument was subscribed by the testator therein mentioned, William Cecil in our presence, and he at the same time acknowledged to us that he published and declared the same as and for his last Will and Testament, and we at said testator's request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto, and have set opposite our names our respective places of residence.
