W. Morrow, County Clerk, by G. W. Wells, deputy I, George Brown of the Township of Grey in the County of Huron in the Province of Ontario, Canada, farmer of the afore mentioned Township, County and Province of the age of fifty four years and being of sound mind and memory do make, pubish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following to wit: My will is: That my funeral charges and just debts shall be paid by my executrix hereinafter named. The residue of my estate and property which shall not be required for the payment of my just debts, funeral charges and the expenses attending the execution of this my will, and the administration of my estate I give, devise and dispose thereof as follows, that is to say: First, I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Brown all my Personal and Real estate and all monies which I may have or due to me, goods, chattels of every nature or kind soever to my said wife Mary Brown whom I hereby appoint sole exeuctrix of this my last will and testament; hereby revoking all former wills by me ever made. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this fourteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and eighty four.
