Boyer Filed July 8th, 1893, J. W. Morrow, County Clerk In the Name of God: Amen, Know all Men, that I W. G. Boyer of Heppner, Morrow County in the state of Oregon of the age thirty eight years, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under duress, menance, fraud or undue influence of any person whomsoever, do make, pubish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following to wit: First: It is my will, and I do order, that all my just debts, and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisified as soon as conveintly can be done after my decease. Second: I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Eliza Jane Boyer all my real and personal property and estate of whatsoever kind or nature during her natural life and after her death then to my children share and share alike and in case any of my children shall die before my said wife, leaving issue, then it is my will that the issue of my said child shall receive such share of my said estate as my said child would receive had it survived its mother. But it is hereby provided that if my said wife should marry at any time after my death then all my said estate shall be divided equally between my said wife and my children, Ethel Low, Glen and Guy share and share alike. It is my will that my said wife shall have the same power and authority to sell and dispose of my said estate and execute conveyances therefor as I now have myself, and that she shall in case of sale of property apply the proceeds to the support of herself and children as she may deem best. And lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife Eliza Jane Boyer my executrix without bonds to be the executrix of this my last will hereby revoking all other wills, legacies and bequests by me heretofore made, and declaring this and no other, to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand, this thirtieth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety three. W. G.
