David Samuelsen - November 2001 ************************************************************************ Morrow County, OR; Volume A, page 37 In the County Court of the State of Oregon, for the County of Morrow Int he matter of the Estate of Justus Beaman, deceased} will, filed Jan 3d 1896, J. W. Morrow, County Clerk State of Oregon, County of Morrow, Heppner Precinct} Being of sound mind but in very poor health do this day make my final will and testament. First. Unto my beloved wife Eliza Beaman I give and bequeath all my property both real and personal subject to the following conditions. Second. That she pays all my just and honest debts and pay all my funeral expenses. Third. It is my wish and will that my wife shall pay unto my two sons and two daughters and one grandson namely, Justus M. Beaman and Elmer Beaman, Mrs. Ida B. Cox, and Olive E Beaman and Winnie W. Carrico to each the sum of 5 (five) dollars to be paid to them within a reasonable time after my death. Fourth. It is further my will that my wife shall manage all business pertaining to the care of all property left to her by this will. Fifth. The foregoing provisions of this will shall hold good so long as my wife shall remain my widow. But if she in her judgment sees fit to be married again then all property remaining in her hands at that time that was left by me shall be divided equally and she shall have one half and the other half shall be divided equally between the foregoing named filed children of mine.
