A copy may be obtained from the Oregon State Archives in Marion County Estate File #1477, 1894, Robert Zollner. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the name of God, Amen: I, Robert Zollner of Marion County, State of Oregon, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and aware of the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. First: I direct that all my just debts, my funeral expenses, and the expenses of my last sickness be paid out of my estate by my executor hereinafter named and appointed. Second: I will and bequeath to my son Peter Zollner one dollar. To my son George Zollner one dollar. To my son Joseph Zollner one dollar. To my son Frank Zollner one dollar. To my daughter Theresa Zollner one dollar. To my daughter Elisabeth (sic) Zollner one dollar. To my daughter Mary Zollner one dollar. Third: I will and bequeath all of the rest of my property bothe(sic) real and personal to my beloved wife Theresia Zollner to have and to hold the same to her use and benefit during her life, provided she remains single or unmarried, but in the case of her marriage or death then all of my real estate is to be given to my youngest son Rupert Zollner and in case of her death then Rupert Zollner is to have all of the property both real and personal. Fourth: Fifth: Lastly: I hereby constitute and appoint Father Addleham to be the executor of this my last will and testament and in the case of his death or disability then his successor is to act as executor and in the case of the death or disability of said succesors then the next in succession to be the executor and it is my will that the executor of this my last will shall not be required to give any bond or bonds. And the Father Addleham mentioned as the executor of this instrument is at this time Pryor of the Benedictine Fathers at Mount Angel Marion County Oregon. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my seal, and affixed my signature, at Woodburn, in Marion County, State of Oregon, this 12th day of April 1888.
