J. Caton, one of the prosperous young farmers living in the Wellen country, this county, was married on Wednesday of last week by Rev. J. Merley, at the residing clergyman’s residence, near Medford, to Miss Chloe Baird, also of that locality. After the nuptial knot was tied the happy couple started for Asbestos to spend several days, after which they will return to the Bolle ranch, at Wellen, where they will begin housekeeping. The groom is a most exemplary young man and one well-to-do, honest and industrious. The bride is a very handsome young lady and one capable of residing with becoming dignity over the farm home which her husband has provided. The Mail congratulates both these young people and hopes that theirs may be a life filled to overflowing with sunshine and prosperity.
