Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Tuesday, 3 March 1925 
Two prominent young people of Ashland, Gordon E. Baker and Jeannette Alstead, 
were united in marriage at four o’clock yesterday afternoon by Rev. J. B. Coan 
at the residence of the minister. The wedding party consisted of friends and 
relatives of the bride and groom. The beautiful ring ceremony was employed to 
seal the troth of the happy pair. They left immediately for Ashland and will 
make their home at that place.
