On grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment, a divorce was granted in circuit
court yesterday to Mrs. Nancy Brown Briggs from Attorney William Briggs of
Ashland. The custody of their two children was given to both, with the
understanding that they were to stay a certain length of time with each
parent.
