Last Saturday morning the sad news of the demise of one of our oldest
citizens reached our ears, the same being that of Mr. Phillip Reilly, which
occurred at the residence of Mr. James Carr, near Medford, on Friday
evening February 10th.

Deceased was born in Longford county, Ireland, and was sixty-five years of
age. Funeral services were held at Mr. Carr's residence on Sunday.
Interment was made in the Jacksonville cemetery.
