D., Medford (Oregon) Mail, Friday, 23 Jan 1903: From the Klamath Falls Express - After a brief illness of only three days Dr. F. D. Reames died at his home in Klamath Falls on Tuesday morning, January 13th, of pneumonia. His illness was so brief that his many friends had scarcely heard of it when the sad news of his death came to them. Dr. Hargus, who was in attendance, consulted with Dr. Johnson, of Bonanza, and the two physicians remained faithfully by the side of their professional brother doing all that medical skill could do for him to the last.
