Medford (Oregon) Mail, Friday, 21 Dec 1900, Jacksonville News, p. 3, c. 2 
Died–-In Jacksonville, at the residence of A. L. Wimer, on December 15th, Adam 
Wolgamott, of heart trouble. Deceased was 63 years and six months of age. He 
was born in Holmes County, Ohio, June 15, 1837, and at an early age moved to 
Owen County, Indiana, where he resided until after his marriage with Margaret 
Hall. To them twelve children were born, eleven of whom are living–six sons 
and five daughters. Deceased was a kind husband and loving father. Several 
years ago he was deprived of his eyesight, and since that time had gradually 
failed in health, but he bore his afflictions remarkably well and was 
perfectly reconciled to meet death.
