Tracy, 70, of Central Point, passed away suddenly Friday morning at Diamond lake where he was spending the summer. He was born in Portage, Ohio, on November 15, 1876, and had made his home in this community for 27 years. He was employed by the Medford corporation for 22 years as foreman on the mill pond, retiring in 1942 because of ill health. He is survived by his wife, Tarcy E. Tracy, Central Point; six children, Harold, Cathlament, Wash.; Edward Inman, Central Point; Mrs. Arlene Coffman and Mrs. Edyth Bohnert, Central Point; Mrs. Dorothy Williams, Grant's Pass; Mrs. Ernestine Lisenbee, Central Point; three sisters, Mrs. Hattie Hyberger, Goble, Ore.; Mrs. Bertha Marsh, Albany; Mrs. Alive Owens, Roscommon, Mich.; 12 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Services will be held in the Conger-Morris chapel at 10 a.m. Monday with interment in Central Point cemetery.
