Andrew Tarrier, a resident of the Steamboat district for the past 20 years, 
passed away in a local hospital Sunday morning at the age of 80. He had been 
ill but a short time. He was born in Linn county and had spent his entire life 
in Oregon. Two sisters survive, Mrs. F. A. McKenna and Mrs. Walter Black, 
Lebanon, Ore. Services will be held at the graveside in the Steamboat cemetery 
Wednesday at 10:30 a. m. with Rev. W. A. Dawes officiating. Arrangements are 
in care of Conger Funeral parlors.
