Stauffer lived at 65 Fourth st., Ashland. He was a part owner of the Arlie and Emil Auto Repair, 130 South Fir st., Medford. Stauffer was born in Rosehim, France on Sept. 26, 1895. He has lived in Ashland 29 years during which time he was a member of the Elks and American Legion. Funeral services will be held in Litwiller’s Mountain View chapel at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Burial will be at Mountain View cemetery. POE No. 944 will officiate at the services. He is survived by his children, son Welden Stauffer, Sioux City, Iowa, daughters Donna De Rose, Yreka, Calif.; and Rosilie LaSleur, Fairchild Air Force base, Spokane, Wash.
