P. PASSES Joseph S. Spencer, 64, a resident of Eagle Point for the past 60 years, passed away at a local hospital early Thursday morning after several months illness. Mr. Spencer was born in Missouri on August 7, 1877. He was not married. He is survived by one half-brother, Sherman Wooley of Eagle Point, Ore., and an aunt, Mrs. Lottie Ayers, of Eagle Point. Funeral services will be held at Perl Funeral home Saturday at 2 p.m., Rev. D. E. Millard officiating. Interment will take place in the Central Point cemetery.
