William Lee Plymale was born May 29, 1864, two miles north of Medford on what 
is now known as the DeBarr place, and was the eldest child of the late Mr. and 
Mrs. W. J. Plymale. He died at Yreka, Calif., April 24, at which place he has 
lived for 25 years, and leaves a wife and three children, Emma, Geneva and 
Bernard, besides nine brothers, and sisters: Victor B., Frank M., and Mrs. Ada 
C. Jones of San Francisco, Dave H. of Fresno; Walter M., of Kansas City, Mo., 
and Ben H. Plymale and Mrs. Kate Collins of Medford, Or., Mrs. Emaline Stine 
of Perkins, Calif., and Mrs. Marie Fairchild of Yreka, Calif.
