Mrs. Minerva Bell Phillips died in this city on Sunday, June 15, after an 
illness of less than a week. The funeral took place on Monday, the services 
being held at the late residence by Rev. T. L. Crandall, of Medford. Mrs. 
Phillips was almost 78 years of age at the time of her death and was a native 
of Charlotte, Vermont. A woman of many endearing traits of character, she will 
be sincerely mourned by all who knew her.
