This community was shocked last Sunday to learn that Daniel Nicholson had been 
found dead in his bed at home, about a mile from town. He had been well when 
last seen on Friday evening and he evidently died from heart disease. He was a 
bachelor and lived alone. He was an honorable, upright man and highly 
respected by all. Deceased was a brother of Amos Nicholson of Medford, and C. 
T. Nicholson, of Ft. Klamath.
