Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Wednesday, 28 Nov 1917, p. 2, c. 4
Died Nov. 27, at the home of parents, 330 South Fir street, after an illness 
of seven years, Allan Guy Mickey, aged 31 years, 5 months and 11 days. He was 
born at Antelope, Nebraska, and had been a resident of Medford for the past 25 
years. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Mickey; two sisters, 
who are Misses Ola E., public school teacher, Milwaukie, Ore., and Mabel C. 
Mickey of this city; and a brother, Roy J. Mickey, of eastern Oregon. Funeral 
services will be held Friday at 2:30 p. m. from the family residence on Fir 
street. Burial will be in the I. O. O. F. cemetery.
