Lennie M. McDowell was born in Bates county, Missouri, Nov. 30, 1872 and
passed away at her home in Central Point July 13, aged 51 years, 7 mos, 13
days.

She was married July 21, 1889, in Union county, Oregon, to James McDowell.
The family came to Central Point 14 years ago, and are well known in that
locality.

Besides her husband, she leaves the following children: James McDowell of
Talent; Mrs. R. M. Holmes, Sacramento, Calif.; Mrs. C. E. Clark, Le Grande,
Ore.; Mrs. S. J. Bristow, Central Point; Mrs. Chas. McCanna, Klamath Falls;
Wm. Clark and Leighton C. McDowell of Central Point.

Funeral services conducted by Rev. Edgar Bingham will be held at the
Christina church at Central Point at 2 p. m. Tuesday. Interment in the
family plot at Ashland Mountain View cemetery. Conger Funeral Parlors in
charge.
