Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Friday, 20 March 1925 
Sidney Ann McClanahan, wife of Robert McClanahan of West 2nd street, Medford, 
passed away at Sacred Heart hospital at 11 a. m. Thursday. She was born in 
Illinois, March 14, 1864. When a girl she moved to Missouri, where she grew to 
womanhood and at the age of 23 years, was married to Robert McClanahan, the 
family came to Oregon 23 years ago and for the past 18 years have resided in 
Medford.
She has been a member of the Baptist church the greater part of her life.
Four children are left: Mrs. D. E. Warren, Mrs. Mark Applegate, Allan 
McClanahan and Oval McClanahan, all of Medford. Funeral services will be held 
at the Conger Funeral chapel at 2 p. m. Saturday, Rev. F. R. Leach, 
officiating. Interment in Medford cemetery.
