LEWIS, Jerry, Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Friday, 18 Apr 1948,
p. 10: Services for Jerry Lewis, who passed away Thursday, will
be held in the Conger-Morris chapel at 2:30 p.m. Monday, with the
Rev. D. E. Millard officiating. Interment will be in Central
Point cemetery. 

Mr. Lewis was born on May 9, 1891, and had resided in this
community for six years. 

He is survived by three brothers, George and Harry Lewis,
Medford; William Lewis, Eagle Point, and four sisters, Mrs.
Bermuda Gitzen, Mrs. Jenny Reddell, Mrs. Christine Catey and Mrs.
Fern Brown, all of Medford.
