W. H. Harrison, Women’s Relief Corps, No. 27, is called upon to mourn the loss by death, of one of its most loyal and faithful members. On the afternoon of July 19, 1900, at the family home, Mrs. E. M. Leever closed her eyes forever to the scenes of this earth, to open them again to the blazing splendor of the City Celestial. Her record as member of the Women’s Relief Corps was marked by love for the order, by loyalty and faithfulness. She was a devoted wife and mother, a faithful friend, a wise counselor. To the bereaved family the Women’s Relief Corps extend warmest sympathy, and as an expression of love, as a mark of our respect, let the charter of our corps be draped in mourning for thirty days. It is mete and proper such respect be shown the memory of the sister and friend we have lost. By command of Mary A. Mee, President, Edna L. Robnett, Secretary.
