Emma Lauerman, wife of John Lauerman, passed away in the early morning of Tuesday, October 2, at their home in Central Point, where they had resided for the last 22 years. Mrs. Lauerman had been in declining health for several years. She was born at West Bend, Wis., April 19, 1855, and was 79 years of age. During the Lauermans' residence at Central Point they spent several years in a ranch near there. Besides the husband, she leaves one daughter, Mrs. L. F. Ferguson of Oakland, Cal., who is expected here for the services, which will be announced by Conger funeral parlors later. Also two granddaughters and one great-grandson of Oakland. After the services the remains will be forwarded to Wisconsin for interment. Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Wednesday, 3 Oct 1934, p. 9 OBITUARY Funeral services for Emma Lauerman, wife of John Lauerman, who died at their home in Central Point Tuesday morning, will be held at the Conger chapel at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, with Rev. D. E. Millard in charge. The remains will later be forwarded to their old home at West Bend, Wisconsin, for interment. Transcriber's note: Both Emma and John appear to be entombed at the Medford Mausoleum as there are two crypts in the old section with their names and years of birth and death.
