Kilpatrick Helen A. "Lefty" Kilpatrick, 81, of Gold Hill died Tuesday, March 1, 1994, at Providence Hospital. Memorial visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Conger-Morris Central Point Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the Oregon Heart Association, 1425 N.E. Irving, Portland, OR 97232. She was born Nov. 8, 1912, in Kentucky. On June 21, 1951, she married Robert Kilpatrick. She was a self-employed artist. While living in Los Angeles she was an assistant to a sculptor-ceramist. She moved to the Rogue Valley 19 years ago from Orinda, Calif. Kilpatrick was a member of the Tennessee Walking Horse Equestrian Club. She loved horses, collecting antiques and sculpting. In addition to her husband, Robert Kilpatrick of Gold Hill, she is survived by a sister, Judy Marlini of Alabama. Daily Courier (Grants Pass, Oregon), Thursday, March 3, 1994, page 7A
