4: Mrs. Sarah Jane Keyser, 85, passed away in a local hospital
Sunday.
Arrangements are in care of the Conger-Morris Funeral Parlors. A
complete
obituary will be published later.

KEYSER, Sarah Jane, Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Tuesday, 14
Oct 1947, p. 7: Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Jane Keyser, 87,
who passed away in a local hospital Sunday, will be held in the
Conger-Morris chapel Thursday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Elvin
Hansen officiating. The remains will be forwarded to Elkhart,
Ind., for interment.

The deceased was born December 7, 1859, in Clyde, Ohio. She was
united in marriage January 24, 1878, to Albert Keyser in Elkhart,
Ind. To this union three children were born, two of whom survive.
She has resided in this community for 20 years and was a member
of the Zion Lutheran church in Medford.

Surviving are her husband, Albert; two daughters, Mrs. A. J.
Pettit, Elkhard, Ind., and Mrs. Mildred Walker, Seattle; a
sister, Mrs. Mary Wilson, Medford; five grandchildren, 11 great
grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
