She was born in Marion county, Missouri, November 15, 1871. Resident of Murphy and Applegate, Ore., for the past 30 years. She was the wife of George S. Kendall, now deceased, and the mother of ten children surviving as follows: George V. and Clinton D. of Central Point, Ore.; Mrs. Ivy M. Spender and Earl L. Kendall, of Olympia, Wash.; Mrs. Gladys V. Jones of Murphy, Ore.; Frank L. and Vern M., of Klamath county; Mrs. Wilma L. Farlow and Clifford R. Kendall of Lake Creek, Ore., and 17 grandchildren. Two brothers, Jess Rook of Willows, Cal.; and Frank Rook of Woodland, Cal., and four sisters: Mrs. Annie Beck and Mrs. Cora Rook, Willows, Cal.; Mrs. Vernie West, Woodland, Cal., and Mrs. Clara Breeding, Oakland, Ca., survive. Funeral services will be held at the Perl Funeral home Tuesday at 1:30 p.m., Rev. E. S. Batralam officiating. Interment in the Missouri Flats cemetery.
