Medford (Oregon) Mail, Friday, 7 Sep 1900, Sams Valley Items, p. 3, c. 4
Died–At Antioch, Sept. 3, 1900, of typhoid pneumonia, Forest Houston, son of 
Mrs. Geo. Stacy, aged 19 years. The remains were laid to rest in the Antioch 
cemetery on Tuesday, amid a large concourse of sorrowing relatives and 
friends. Rev. Maxley conducted the funeral services. The bereaved family have 
the sympathy of the entire community in their sad affliction.
