The funeral of Mrs. George [Laura Ellen Bolt] Hoffman was in her 47th year, 
having been born at Kerbyville, then the county seat of Josephine, where her 
father the late John Bolt, was then engaged in merchandising [illegible] -ble 
woman, beloved by all who know her.

Name and date of birth taken from cemetery and census records. This was the 
only obituary that could be located.
