Mr. Hoffman was born on the Applegate January 1, 1891. He had lived on the Applegate until about four years ago, at which time he went to Klamath county. He was a farmer by occupation and served in the first world war. He is survived by his father, George and one brother, J. R., of the Applegate; two sisters, Mrs. Bess Ballard, Weed, Calif., and Mrs. E. M. Jordan, Sacramento. Funeral services will be conducted from the Perl Funeral home Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Sherman L. Divine officiating. Interment will take place in Jacksonville Cemetery.
