She was a member of the Christian church here and also an active member and past noble grand of Olive Rebekah lodge. Mrs. Higinbotham was born in Arkansas, January 7, 1881 and was aged 56. She came to Jackson county 26 years ago and after two years residence in Ashland, came to Medford where she has resided since that time. Besides her husband, she leaves one daughter, Lena Segmund of Tacoma, Wash., who is expected here for the services which will be announced by Conger Funeral Parlors at a later date.
