Mr. Hazle was born at Alden, Minn., on April 30, 1879, and was aged 70 years. He spent the last 17 years with the state game commission at the Butte Falls hatchery as a fish culturist. After he retired in 1948 he made his home on Rogue river near Elk creek. The deceased was a member of Neighbors of Woodcraft. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Sylvia Barkdull and Mrs. Otto Jeldness, both of Medford. Funeral services will be conducted from Perl Funeral Home Saturday at 3 p.m. with the Rev. D. E. Millard officiating. Interment will take place in Medford IOOF cemetery. Pallbearers will be George Porter, Homer Pellett, Charlie Hoover, Carl Beebe, Amos Walker and L. A. Rose.
