GREEN, A. P., Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Friday, 18 Apr 1948,
p. 10: Services for A. P. Green, 80, route 1, who passed away in
a local hospital Saturday from injuries sustained in an
automobile accident Thursday, will be held in the Conger-Morris
chapel Tuesday at 1 p.m., with the Rev. W. A. Dawes officiating.
Interment will be in Siskiyou Memorial Park. 

Mr. Green was born in North Carolina, June 23, 1868, and had
resided in this community for 27 years. He was a member of the
Baptist church for 65 years. 

Surviving are his widow, Emily; nine children, Burton, Medford;
Marion, Klamath Falls; W. L. Green, Central Point; Mrs. Nettie
Wheeler, Medford; Mrs. Ellis Gober, Medford; Charles Green,
Klamath Falls; Roan Green, Campbell, Cal.; Mrs. May Evans,
Central Point; Mrs. Florence Newman, Bellingham, Wash.; four
brothers, six sisters, 20 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
