Gall, native son of Jackson county, born in Sams Valley 76 years ago and spent his entire life in the Rogue River valley, passed away in a local hospital Friday evening, following a lingering illness of several months. He was born November 5, 1863, son of pioneer parents, Judge C. C. And Sarah Pankey Gall. He was married August 1, 1895, to Martha O'Nell van Hardenberg, who survives. Residing in Medford for the last 22 years, his late residence was 4 South Orange street. Besides his wife, he leaves four children, Ekron Siebert Gall of San Diego, Calif.; Cecil C. of Grants Pass; Van and Rowan of Portland. Also two grand children, Billie and Phillip Gall. Also one brother and four sisters, Ellis E. and Mrs. William Myer of Ashland; Mrs. Minnie Rowe and Mrs. Arthur Talbot of Vallejo, Calif., and Mrs. Wesley Newland of Roseburg. Mr. Gall was a member of the Presbyterian church of Phoenix and of the Odd Fellows lodge of Jacksonville, the encampment and Canton of that order in Medford. Funeral services will be held at the Conger chapel at 2 p.m. Monday, with Rev. D. E. Millard officiating. Interment in the Siskiyou memorial park will be in care of the Jacksonville IOOF lodge.
