The funeral services were held in the Methodist church Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock, Rev. W. B. Moore officiating. The pupils of the school marched in a body to the house and then led the procession to the church. Many friends were at the funeral to pay their last tribute of respect to the departed and express their condolence and sympathy with the bereaved family. The death angel has crossed the threshold of a happy home and has laid an icy hand on a precious daughter and a darling sister.
