FURY, WAR VET, PASSES Charles Aaron Fury died at his home, 534 Mary street, Tuesday evening from asthma. He was a native of West Virginia and a Spanish war veteran, having served as a private in Troop M, 3rd United States cavalry and casual detachment. Mr. Fury recently left the veterans home at Yountville, Calif., and the family came to Medford a month ago for his health. He leaves a wife, Lura A. Fury and one step-daughter, Ardith. Funeral services will be held at the graveside in the Medford cemetery tomorrow afternoon at 3:00 p.m., Rev. T. M. Theumler officiating. Perl Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
