MARTIN RICHARD FREDENBURG, Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Monday,
September 12, 1961, page A-11:

Funeral services for Mr. Martin Richard Fredenburg, 72, who died
Sept 11 will be held at the Perl Funeral home Thursday, Sept. 14
at 10 a.m. with the Rev Bernard E. Andrews, First Baptist Church,
officiating. Interment will take place in Memory Gardens Memorial
Park.

Mr. Fredenburg was born in Gilliam County, Oregon, near Fossil,
on July 19, 1889, and had lived in Jackson County for the past 65
years. He was educated in Medford and Central Point and had been
associated with orchards for the past 40 years. He was manager of
Perrydale orchard on the Jacksonville highway for the past 20
years. The family home is 3039 Jacksonville Hwy.

He is survived by his wife Mrs. Laura Fredenburg, Medford; one
daughter Mrs. Virginia Younger, Medford; two sons, James and
Donald Fredenburg, Medford; five grandchildren; one brother, John
Fredenburg, Sam's Valley; four sisters, Mrs. Nellie Jains, Bertha
Fredenburg and Bessie Fredenburg, all Medford, and Mrs. Jessie
Pomeroy, Emitt, Ida.
