Mrs. Devore came to Medford two years ago from Janesville, Illinois where she had lived for the past sixteen years. She was born in Iroquois county, Illinois, August 23, 1862, and was 62 years, nine months and 23 days old at the time of her death. She was a member of the Christian church and leaves to mourn her loss, one son, Con Devore of this city, one daughter, Mrs. Hallie Trosper, of Jonesville, Iowa; and seven grandchildren. The funeral arrangements were made by the Perl Funeral Home and Mr. Devore will leave Wednesday evening, June 17 with the remains of his mother for Janesville, Illinois, where she will be placed beside her late husband, Frank Devore.
