E. Davison, 73, of Talent passed away suddenly at his mine near Grant's Pass. He was born in Jackson county, a son of Andrew and Mary Davison, pioneers of the fifties and had spent almost his entire life in this community with the exception of a few years mining in Alaska and California. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Katherine Davison, Talent; three sisters and one brother: Mrs. Amelia Wilson, Mrs. Mary D. Brownlee, and Mrs. Annie Jackson, Medford; and Fred E. Davison, Ontario, Oregon. Services will be in the Conger-Morris chapel [at] 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Louis C. Kirby officiating. Interment will be in the family plot in Jacksonville cemetery.
