Deceased was born at Eagle Point, March 9, 1885, aged 40 years, 1 month, 3 days. He had been an invalid for the last five years. Besides his mother he leaves two brothers and one sister, Eber and Emery Davis and Mrs. William Ferguson, all of Gold Hill. Funeral services in charge of the Conger Funeral Parlors were held at Rock Point cemetery at 2 p.m. today. Rev. D. J. Howe officiated.
