Mr. Culy was born at Red Bluff, Cal., on July 4, 1883, and was aged 63 years. He was a charter member of the Upper Applegate Grange. He is survived by his wife, Verna B., Jacksonville; two sons, C. Omar, Jacksonville, and Louis R., Medford; two daughters, Mrs. Helen McIntyre, Jacksonville, and Mrs. Leora Pease, Bandon, Ore.; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren; four brothers, Frank O., San Diego, Ned, Yuba City, Cal., A. Branch and George of Medford; three sisters, Mrs. Mildred Rodgers, Grass Valley, Cal., Mrs. Nellie Long, Ashland, and Mrs. Lora Owens, Medford. Funeral services will be conducted from the chapel of Perl Funeral home Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. D. E. Millard officiating. Interment will take place in Jacksonville cemetery. Pallbearers, from the Upper Applegate Grange, will be Fred Dorn, Albert Collings, Gerald Buck, James Winningham, Orval Mayfield and Hugh Scovell.
