He was born in Bideford, Devonshire, England, Oct. 26, 1871. He came to the United States at the age of 25 and for many years ran a store and dairy in Texas. In 1897 at Alta Loma, Tex., he was united in marriage to Saloma Norris, who passed away in 1912. In 1914 he moved to Falls City, Ore., and lived there until 1926 when he moved to Medford. Surviving are four children: Mrs. Sydney Seymour, Hillsboro; Mrs. Carroll McDonald, Salem; Sgt. John C. Crocker, U. S. army, and Lawrence P. Crocker, Medford. There are also eight grandchildren and two brothers in England. Services will be in Conger-Morris chapel at 1 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Louis C. Kirby officiating. Interment will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery.
