Taylor, one mile northeast of Medford off the Crater Lake highway. The deceased had made her home for the past three months, coming from Dufur, Oregon, where she had lived for the past 20 years. Mrs. Courter was born in Indiana, April 29, 1853, and was 73 years and two days old. She leaves to mourn her loss, six children. E. E. Taylor, A. A. Taylor and Mrs. Nettie Morris of California, Mrs. E. A. Covey of Pasco, Washington, and Mrs. Grace Hayes and Mark J. Taylor of this city; also 19 grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. The funeral services will be held from the Perl Funeral Home, Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Rev. Howe of the Christian church will officiate, Mrs. Courter having been a member of the Christian church for many years. Interment will be made in the Medford I.O.O.F. cemetery.
