Deceased was born at Aurora, Illinois, Sept. 4, 1854 and had been a resident of Medford for the past twenty-five years and of the state forty-five years. For the past four years he was janitor of the Medford Hotel. He was a member of the Congregational church at his former home in Illinois. He leaves his wife, Mary V., and two daughters, Florence M. Cleveland, Medford, Ore., and Mrs. Elsie Williams, Reno, Nevada. The funeral services will be held at the Perl Funeral Home Tuesday at 2:30, Rev. J. W. DeYou officiating, interment in Antioch cemetery. Mr. Cleveland is also survived by one brother, P. B. Cleveland, Salem, Ore.; three nephews and one niece; George W., LaGrande, Ore.; James W., Salem, Ore.; Howard Cleveland; Mrs. Evelyn Davis, Portland, Ore.
